Headquartered in Pennsylvania, Integrity Home Lending was established in 2018. Celeste Spadaccini has been a loan officer for over 25 years. With a proven track record, we serve the lending needs of real estate professionals, builders and individual homebuyers.
Celeste Spadaccini has been a problem solver over the course of her life. “Whether it was a Rubik’s Cube when I was a child or a school project, I loved to fix things” she relates. “Finding solutions for people, making the blocks of their Rubik’s Cube align correctly, that’s what I enjoy doing.”
She works with all types of people seeking mortgages: first time homebuyers, high-end borrowers, people who are refinancing their home and couples who signed up for a mortgage with another company who desperately need her help in order to restructure their mortgage to stave off foreclosure. “I am a family-oriented person” Celeste relates, “I know that I am dealing with that family’s greatest purchase. If I can help them achieve their goal of home ownership or help them keep their home, I get a tremendous amount of job satisfaction. I gave the same care and attention to detail to the young couple buying their first home as i do the established couple purchasing their dream country estate in Bucks County.”

Celeste notes that a key to her success as a mortgage consultant has been her skill at working with people. “I work with them from start to finish throughout the process, making every effort to be there for them.”
She points out that “I love what I do. My father instilled a wonderful work ethic in me. He taught me what it was to be a trusted advisor to people. He always reminded me that all you can offer anyone is your word. Be honest and give them your word. That is what I try to do each day. If I had a motto for my work it would be:

Kim started in the mortgage industry in 1991 after being released from active duty to the Navy Reserves, where she served as a jet mechanic – turbo prop specialist. She started as a receptionist and quickly moved up by teaching herself all aspects of the business in her free time. Kim has worked in all areas of the industry from working with lenders handling dozens of broker accounts to becoming a mortgage broker herself. In between she has been a closer, an underwriter, a processor and also an originator with many realtor and banking contacts made over the past 30+ years. She has also done consulting work and contract processing with other brokers, her experience again helping others throughout the industry.
While working full time in the mortgage industry, Kim also took the time to finish her BS in Criminal Justice and her MS in Psychology and is working towards her second MS in Criminal Justice with an emphasis on Terrorism and Homeland Security. She graduated Summa Cum Laude (with the highest distinction) with a 4.0 and 3.96 GPA’s in her first two degrees.
When she is not working, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, is an avid reader, loves movies and “binge watching” her favorite shows when time allows. She especially enjoys the time spent with her Wire Fox Terrier, George, her “fur baby”.
Derek Romanowski
Senior Loan Originator Derek Romanowski works with prospective buyers, current homeowners, realtors, family and friends to achieve home financing.
Upon graduation with his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from West Chester University, Derek sharpened his skills by spending nearly a decade in the mortgage service industry in various roles including lending, secondary marketing and compliance, Derek is able to draw on his diverse background to deliver a smooth and seamless experience where communication is key for his clients. A lifelong resident of Bucks County, he currently resides in Doylestown with his wife Jennifer and his son Brock. In his free time Derek enjoys golfing, playing and listening to music and spending time with his family and friends.
He is licensed in PA and NJ.
